JUN 2011 Thonet Introduces MOSS - Nook

Thonet NEW Introductions

Chicago, IL (NeoCon) June 13, 2011      FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Our rapidly changing world demands a high degree of collaboration and the ability to transition seamlessly between formal and informal, social and work interactions. In this environment the seating solution must be comfortable and durable, yet highly flexible in use and easy to configure.

Thonet is pleased to announce the NeoCon introduction of its newest addition to the highly successful MOSS Collection, called Moss-Nook. Nook is a collection of seating and table components, designed specifically for public space applications in corporate, education, or healthcare.  Nook is fully configurable and offers options to meet every significant application need.

In addition to standard lounge seat height, Nook is available in counter height, allowing people to maintain eye contact, whether standing or sitting, within or around Nook. Counter height is a key format in this collection, it allows a much easier transition between sitting and standing positions, thus allowing participants to come and go freely without inconveniencing other members of the team.  Optional privacy screens allow the product to be used in areas where sound and sightlines need to be controlled for comfort and productivity. Thonet offers standard single seat units, as well as quarter circle, convex and concave, half circle shapes, as well as accompanying connector tables.  All can be configured to fit most application needs. Seat sizes may also be modified to fit any installation, if the size and scale of the project needs a highly customized solution.

Thonet is a CF Group brand, with headquarters in Newport, TN.  CFGroup is the parent company to industry leading brands; Falcon, Howe, Thonet, and Shelby Williams.
